Tryambakam- lord shiva

Sugandhim- su means good and gandha means fragrance.
Pushtivardhanam- nurturing to be healthy and strong
Urvaarukamiva- urva means powerful, aarukamiva means disease
Bandhanaan- boundation/ Actually longer than the ending.
Mrityormuksheeya- wants protection from problems and even from death.
Maamritaat- give some amrit to protect from disease and cycle of rebirth.

Puja Instructions :
The jap begins with a telephonic sankalp taken jointly by the pandit and the yajman. After the sankalp, the jap is performed, and you will receive brief updates or glimpses of the proceedings.
